Why a challenge, not another PDF

You've read enough.

This is 30 days of doing it — on a schedule, with people. A book waits on your shelf for the right week that never comes. A dated cohort starts Monday whether you're ready or not, which turns out to be exactly the push most of us need.

How the 30 days work

1

One short lesson, each morning

A ~3-minute read in your inbox, with an audio version for the walk or the commute. Re-sequenced from Money, Calmly into a day-by-day path.

2

One small thing to do

Not the whole book — one doable practice for today. Tick it on your fillable tracker and note a word for how it went.

3

A group going with you

An optional cohort chat on Telegram — the quiet accountability that makes people actually finish. No pressure, no catching-up guilt.

What you get

A peek at day one

Take your money baseline

Name where you actually stand, gently and without judgement, before changing anything.

Day 1 practice

Write down three things: do you roughly spend less than you earn (yes/no/unsure), your calm-about-money score from 1 to 10, and your biggest money worry. Date it.

The schedule is the point

This cohort starts Monday 3 August.

Enrolment closes Sunday 2 August, the day before we begin, so everyone moves through the 30 days together. Miss it and the next cohort opens Monday 14 September — but finishers get first seats.

Want the source book too? Add Money, Calmly ($19) at checkout — it'll be offered when you join.

Questions

Is this medical or financial advice?

No. It's general wellness and education — calm daily practices for a steadier relationship with money. For anything specific to your finances, speak to a qualified adviser.

What if I fall behind?

You won't be punished for it. Lessons stay in your library, and the tracker is yours to use at your own pace. Judge it by the month, not by any single morning.

Do I need the book it's based on?

No. The challenge is re-sequenced from Money, Calmly into a day-by-day path — it stands on its own. You can add the full book at checkout if you want the long version.

Is it really one-time?

Yes. $49 once, no subscription. You keep the program and tracker for good. When a new cohort opens, you can choose to run it again — finishers get first seats.

Refunds?

Every purchase carries a 60-day full refund. If it isn't for you, just ask.

Thirty days. One small thing a day.
