Refunds & the 60-day guarantee

Every guide on Noterad is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If a book isn't useful to you — for any reason, or no reason — you get a full refund. No forms, no questions, no "exit interview".
How to get a refund
- Email info@noterad.com from the email address you used at checkout. Write "refund" and, if you bought more than one title, which one(s) — that's all we need.
- We confirm by reply and issue the refund through Stripe, our payment processor, to your original payment method.
- Banks typically show the money within 5–10 business days of the refund being issued (card networks set this timing, not us).
What happens to your library
When an order is refunded, the download access for that order's titles is removed from your library. Anything else you've bought stays exactly where it was.
Bundles
Bundles are refunded as a whole — one purchase, one refund. If a single title within a bundle disappointed you, email us anyway; we'd rather hear it and make it right than hold you to fine print.
Your EU rights
Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content that is delivered immediately (your PDFs are available the moment payment completes), this statutory right ends when delivery begins — that's the standard EU rule for instant downloads, and you acknowledge it at checkout.
Our voluntary 60-day guarantee is deliberately broader than the statutory right — it covers more, for longer, with no conditions. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.
