Before any practice, take a calm, honest snapshot of where your body holds tension.

Day 1 practice

Sit quietly for a few minutes. Rate your overall tension from 1 to 10, then notice where you feel it most: jaw, neck, shoulders, hips or gut. Write both down and add today's date.

The schedule is the point

This cohort starts Monday 20 July.

Enrolment closes Sunday 19 July, the day before we begin, so everyone moves through the 30 days together. Miss it and the next cohort opens Monday 31 August — but finishers get first seats.
