Noterad — Terms of Use
Updated 30 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Noterad mobile application (“the App”).
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the App’s community features you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to the App as licensed application content.
2. The service
Noterad is a practical city guide and community app. Listings, prices, hours, and events may change; verify details that matter to you. Third-party services (taxis, stays, tickets, payments) are governed by their own terms.
3. Community rules — zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour
The App includes user-generated content (meetups, comments, profiles, photos, friend requests). There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech;
- Sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable content;
- Spam, scams, fraud, or deceptive behaviour;
- Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity;
- Content that infringes others’ intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- Anything illegal under applicable law.
4. Moderation and enforcement
You can report any content or user, and block any user, directly inside the App. We review reported content and remove violating content, typically within 24 hours. We suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we may cooperate with law enforcement where required. By posting, you grant us the right to display and moderate your content within the App.
5. Your content and license
You keep ownership of content you post. By posting photos or text, you grant Noterad a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and moderate it within the App. Only post content you own or have permission to share, and do not upload others’ copyrighted photos.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you post and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be old enough to use the App under the laws of your country.
7. Purchases
Digital content and premium features are sold through Apple in-app purchases. In-person event tickets are sold through Stripe. Purchases are subject to the applicable store and processor terms.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is.” It is a travel and community guide and does not replace official advice. Always follow official government advisories and local authority instructions.
