Noterad — Privacy Policy (Mobile App)

This policy describes the Noterad iOS/Android application (“the App”). It is separate from the privacy policy for the noterad.com website.
Noterad is a city-guide and community app for Odesa, Ukraine. We collect the minimum data needed to run the App’s features. We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and we do not sell your personal data.
1. Data we collect and why

Photos you upload have their EXIF/GPS metadata removed by the App before upload.
2. We do not track you
The App contains no advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs. We do not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission because we do not track. (NSPrivacyTracking is set to false.)
3. Who processes your data
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- Apple / Google — sign-in (you choose); Apple also for in-app purchases.
- RevenueCat — manages in-app purchase entitlements.
- Stripe — processes payments for in-person event tickets only.
- Sentry — crash and error diagnostics.
- Expo — delivers push notifications.
4. Retention
Trip, wallet, and preference data stays on your device by default. Account and community data is retained while your account is active. Crash logs are retained for a limited diagnostic window.
5. Your rights (including GDPR for EU/Ukraine users)
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data. You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account inside the App, which erases your account and the data linked to it. You may also contact us to exercise any privacy right.
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
